Product Overview

Apogee is PC-based telemanagement software which includes call accounting, billing, toll fraud detection, directory lookup, and traffic analysis.  Apogee has quickly set the pace for the industry as the most feature-rich, cost-cutting, and productivity enhancing of today's telecom reporting systems.

Apogee collects call records from your telephone equipment, calculates costs, identifies each call's city location, allocates usage to extensions, users, departments, etc., as well as authorization codes, account codes, and dnis codes, captures caller id name and number, and counts numerous other statistics for each call such as ring time, hold time, transfer, abandon, etc.  Apogee is easy to use - select from the numerous pre-designed reports with a few clicks or create your own user-defined template.  Reports can be run on-demand or scheduled to automatically distribute via email, network printer, LAN, or HTML for web viewing.  By implementing the Apogee Task Scheduler - the system can run itself!
