Easy Administration
Most functions in the Apogee call

allows you to move a user from one department to another.

Report Distribution
The auto report scheduler lets you run, save, post, and print your user designed reports
automatically to any file or printer on your network, as well as, distribute your
reports via e-mail on a scheduled basis. The new email merge feature makes
life easy. Instead of running individual reports for every department, you can run
one report over the entire organization and the system will automatically email only the
correct portions to the appropriate departmental managers.

Directory Look-Up
Your operator can significantly reduce the time required to provide callers with useful
directory information. By typing the first few characters in any column(s), the
grid is instantly updated to display only the desired records. Directory entries
are automatically downloaded from the Apogee database via your network. This
database can be maintained by anyone on the network with appropriate security privileges.

Apogee call accounting software saves you time. Practically all functions can be scheduled to run automatically
including: reporting, purging, importing, back-ups, data collection, and processing.

Real time Monitors and Toll Fraud Alarms
Up to the second monitors are a glance away giving a look at call volume, cost
and handling efficiency. No user interaction required! Monitors can be
set to display 30 day call volume down to 5 minute intervals. Alarm triggers
can be set to detect tele-abuse and fraud before it's too late by alerting via pager,
email, monitor, or report.
