For those
organizations requiring formal training, SDT has two options
available.
- On-site
training - This option is available through our
nation-wide dealer network. A trained technician will train users at your facilities.
Workshops
are usually divided into administrative and functional duties.
Please call SDT for a dealer in your area.
- Remote
training - The
remote training option requires the Apogee system to have a high
speed Internet connection. With SDT's web-based
service, a member of our staff can log onto your system and
control your mouse, providing a virtual on-site
"show-and-tell" training session while talking you
through it via the phone.
For those
organizations requiring installation or re-installation
assistance, SDT has two options available.
- On-site
installation - This option is available through our
nation-wide dealer network. A trained technician
will come to your facility and install the software.

- Remote
installation - The
remote installation option requires the Apogee PC to have a high
speed Internet connection. With SDT's web-based
service, a member of our staff can log onto your PC and
install/configure the Apogee Desktop software. You are
responsible for making the physical connection with the
telephone equipment, and inserting the software protection
key on the PC. The remote installation option comes
with a testing kit to trouble shoot RS232 data collection.
