Apogee has a flexible import wizard that can be configured to recognize any standard flat file input
format. The import wizard is typically automatically scheduled to transfer data from a master
file such as a PBX directory to keep the call accounting system in perfect synchronization without
double data entry.
As Apogee is also tightly integrated with the data network for email functionality, Apogee also
contains an import interface that has also been developed to filter useful fields from LDAP databases
such as those found in Microsoft’s Active Directory.
