Billing Methods define all the parameters needed to allow variable pricing scenarios to be created
for different users, departments, trunks, account codes, call types, and other
differentiating factors.

Each Billing Method consists of a set of values such as those shown in the
Interstate-InterLATA example in the screen below.  Any number of Billing Methods can be
created, providing considerable flexibility for assigning varying charges based upon
management criterion.
