The Central Dashboard is the command center for Apogee operations.  The Menu system, Tollbars, and
Outlook sidebars available within Central provide familiar controls to execute common Telemanagement
functions. Users have found that navigation within Central is easily acquired because of the intuitive,
familiar look and feel of the standard Windows interface. Central summarizes Daily and Monthly activity and lists unusual
Alarm Conditions. Traffic from individual sites within the voice network can be easily displayed or statistics and alarms
for all sites can be tallied and reviewed on the monitor.  System messages and
notifications are also displayed from all other distributed modules broadcasting across the LAN / WAN to the Central
administration point.
