| Apogee call accounting software includes the most versatile Call Processor available on the market. For over three decades this unique call-tracking engine has provided the horsepower to fuel our flagship Call Accounting System. As PBX manufacturers continued to expand their Call Recording capabilities, it became obvious that there was a wealth of information contained within many SMDR data sources that simply did not fit into the traditional definition of Call Accounting.
Thus began our quest to develop a niche within the “Call Accounting” marketplace to analyze ACD and other Call Center information that was embedded within conventional SMDR data streams. From this effort a series of Call Center reports were developed. With the advancement of CTI and VoIP technologies in a continually convergent communications world, our Call Processor was uniquely suited to track additional parameters that were not recognized by most Call Accounting systems. PBX Specific functionality was therefore added to enhance the performance of our Call Accounting system. Unlike the larger set of Standard Call Accounting reports, these reports are only available for particular PBXs and hybrid switches.
