When was the last time this happened to you?  You're at the office, just hung up the phone, forgot to get the caller's phone number and need it!  Now there's an easy solution.

Phone Log^® is a standard module that distributes personalized phone call data to each client desktop over the local area network. The information is retrieved from the robust Apogee call accounting system and distributed to licensed client desktops. 

Now you can see the caller ID even after the call, or lookup past numbers (dialed digits or caller id) for easy call backs. 

Phone call records (inbound, outbound, or both) are continuously sent to each user’s PC from Apogee’s database where they are displayed in a grid and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by simply clicking on the heading above the appropriate column. Typing any value in the text box above a column will filter info so that only records starting with a matching value will be displayed. 

There are multiple versions available depending on the number of clients required.  

Doubling clicking any row in the Phone Log or highlighting any phone number in a third party application initiates dialing by the Apogee dialer.  The call will then be transferred to the user's phone through ANY phone system supporting switch hook transfer from an analog port.  This does not require a modem or any new phone cabling or phones, but does require an inexpensive Dialogic telephony board installed in the Apogee call accounting PC.  The Auto Dialer can also auto block numbers on a Do Not Call list.  

The Personal Directory allows the user to maintain a list of frequently dialed numbers.  To customize each desktop, the Name associated with the phone number in the Personal Directory will appear within the Phone Log in the Phone Id column.  Personal Directory entries can be created quickly by simply copying the info from the Phone Log grid.

Each user can quickly import a marketing campaign list of phone numbers and names using the convenient wizard and auto dial prospects by double clicking.  Check Hot/Not Hot column for export; enter custom Notes for each record; and auto record number of times dialed via color scheme and counter.  Auto export checked records while simultaneously auto purging original import file for intelligent interface to popular contact managers, CRMs, PIMs, etc.
