A strategic business tool provides no advantage without the correct level of support required.  That is why SDT is committed to customer satisfaction.  SDT support plans are available to all end users. Software and hardware (for hardware sold by SDT) support can be received via phone and live web-service below.  On-site visits are not included in any software support plan.  

If you are on the SDT support plan you can speak to a Technical Support Specialist by calling 630-355-7331 then press 4. Technical support is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (CST).  Before you call, please have your serial number (key number) on hand. The serial number can be identified through the Help · About menu and is also printed on your software protection key connected to the back of your PC's printer port.

SDT provides a 90 day support warranty period for Apogee (Value Pacs).  After the complimentary support period, annual maintenance contracts are required for continued support.

Software is warranted for to be free from programming errors which are detrimental to the operation of the system. SDT will replace software found to be defective and assist in the installation of that revised software at no charge.  Hardware warranties will reflect the policies of the original manufacturer.

Web-enabled support requires only a high-speed Internet connection and a SDT technician can log onto your Apogee system!
